RETURN POLICY

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, store credit may be issued in accordance with the terms below.All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Returns & Credits

  • Store credit or exchange may be issued at our discretion.

  • Order cancellations must be submitted in writing and approved prior to cancellation.

  • Returns within 7 days of delivery must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with manufacturer seal intact.

  • Opened merchandise is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns for store credit after 7 days.

  • No store credit will be issued after 7 days.

  • Special orders are final sale and not eligible for return or credit.

  • Customers are responsible for returning merchandise to our facility.

  • A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

  • Damage or defect claims must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

  • All returned items must be in original packaging with all components included.

Shipping

  • Prices do not include shipping and handling.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including refused or unaccepted packages.

HOW TO PROCESS DAMAGE CLAIMS

  1. Email clear images of the damaged item(s) to customerservice@missloveinc.com

  2. Include your company name, style number, and contact information

  3. Once the claim is approved, a UPS return label will be emailed to you

  4. All claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery, and items must be returned in original condition and packaging
